Cha Cha Cha Changes
It’s always been fascinating to me to how one little thing can have such a huge impact on a person’s life. One little thing can enter your life and it can change everything in that life. You get a bill in the mail and bam! You’re whole day goes to hell, work sucks, people suck, traffic sucks, even the service at the drive thru sucks, well that does pretty much suck everyday!
Anyway I think you all know what I’m talking about and I would prefer at this juncture to not talk about negative effects, but positive effects! I just had one of those positive things happen to me, and it’s stunning how different things can be in your daily life when a little positive comes one’s way.
Ok so now you’re thinking “there goes blades doing his Chris Farley does Matt Foley, motivational speaker thing”! Well Lot T frickin Da and you don’t know JACK SQUAT! I’m talking about how wonderful it can be to have that little positive thing drop into your life when you least expected it but needed it the most. Some call that good timing, but after the extended negative streak I’ve had, I kind of wish she had come along a little sooner. But i’m not complaining.
Did i say she? well lets just call this positive thing a she for the sake of this one sided conversation!. You see she’s something I didn’t know exsisted up until a few weeks ago. She’s something I didn’t see coming or had any way of actually bringing into my life on my own. And with the thick negative shades I’ve been looking at life through I’m suprised I saw her when I did. I believe that old thing that we humans have a internal antenna. And if we are in tune with these antenni helps us be aware of good things and bad things that are about to come our way.
So when I say I thought my antenna was not operating very well you know what I mean. I thought I might take it in and have worked on. But even after having it re-tuned it seemed to be picking up nothing but alot of negative vibrations. Thats when I decided to just turn the damn thing off for a while. The problem then is you don’t pick up anything but static, and thats all I seemed to be able to recieve day after day of static. Then I decided static was at least better and maybe I should at least keep the thing on.
And all of the sudden like a thunderclap, a massive positive vibration started hitting my antenna! She was coming in like a tidal wave! And that’s when those positive changes started to click through every part of my life. I mean every single thing in my world suddenly is better. So I just want to say thanks to her, that wonderful positive that just appeared out of nowhere while I was sitting there rolling hot dogs on a grill, and i might add, not feeling like even being where I was at the time. My point is this, damn it, remember to keep that antenna in tune and on full power, don’t let it start to get all out of whack! Cause just when you think it’s worthless, it will connect you to that she, that amazing positive! Just like it did for me!
